Modern Aire offers a wide variety of trim pieces and accessories that you can add to your hood to make it one-of-a-kind
Upper molding is available in two shapes, rectangular, or 45 degree on top of rectangular. Upper crown molding can be applied to most of our hood designs. Materials can be mixed and or matched to the canopy depending on the look which is desired.
Decorative rivets are available on virtually any area of Modern-Aire’s hoods. Custom spacing and sizes are available.
Heat Lamps are offered for use on wall mount hoods which are 30” deep or deeper. Full size heat lamps are provided with a mini chrome trim. The number of lamps varies depending on the customers needs.
Inset lips are available on wall mount or island canopies. On wall mounted canopies the lip can stop at a specified distance on the side to join with cabinetry. Inset lips are available in any material we manufacture with and can be mixed and matched to your needs.
5/8” diameter railing can be added to any or all sides of the range hood.
Modern Aire can add an optional logo to your hood to showcase should you wish. We will never add these unless requested by you.
Standing bands are a new type of band that Modern Aire has begun to offer on a plethora of our available models. These bands stick off of the hood to give a brand new kind of style to your kitchen.
Most of our hoods are available with 1/8″ thick vertical and horizontal banding. The placement of these bands can be varied to fit your needs. Bands are available in any of our material finishes.
Seamless construction is offered as an upgrade to all of Modern-Aire’s range hood canopies. Seamless construction replaces all exposed seams on the canopy making the hood look like it was die cast from one piece of metal.
Modern-Aires provides backsplashes custom made to order.
